You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Kirton Parish Council which will be held on Thursday 20th May 2021 beginning at the conclusion of the Annual Parish Meeting (which begins at 6pm) which will be held in the Main Hall, Kirton Town Hall. There will a public forum at the beginning of the meeting.  The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. 

 

There will be a public forum at 6 pm (or at the conclusion of the Annual Public Meeting) at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.
