You are hereby summoned to attend the virtual Annual Meeting of Kirton Parish Council which will be held on Monday 18th May 2020 beginning at 6.30pm on Zoom. There will a public forum at the beginning of the meeting. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
There will be a public forum at 6.30pm at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.
A Zoom ID and password will be issued to you and you will need these to log onto the meeting.
