1. To Receive Apologies for Absence and reasons given.
2. Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. To Receive and approve notes of the meetings on 21st October 2021, 23rd November 2021, and EOM on 12th January 2022.
4. To Discuss Council’s proposals for Jubilee Celebrations.
5. Finance –
a) To Approve Payment of Accounts as per schedule
b) To Discuss and Approve Precept proposals from Finance Committee
c) To Discuss subscribing to Annual Training Scheme for Clerk and Councillors
d) To Discuss updates to CCTV System
6. Planning – Discuss and report on applications received since the last meeting.
7. To Resolve to Go into closed session to receive reports and updates from Staffing Committee meeting.
8. Date & Time of next Meeting of the Parish Council – 22nd February 2022 at 7 pm in The Upsall Room, Kirton Town Hall.
